Buyer's Right to Cancel — The requirements of 16 CFR 429 must be met in regard to the following provisions concerning home solicitation sales:

(1)Period within which cancellation may be made by the buyer.
(2)Notice of cancellation.
(3)Form of cancellation.
(4)Form of agreement or offer to purchase.
(5)Statement of buyer's rights.
(6)Restoration of down payment.
(7)Retention of cancellation fee.
(8)Duty of buyer.
(9)Any other relevant requirements in 16 CFR 429. Formerly: Acts 1971, P.L.366, SEC.3. As amended by P.L.14-1992, SEC.22.
