§ 24-4.5-1-302 — "Consumer Credit Protection Act"
Consumer Credit Protection Act — In
this article, "Consumer Credit Protection Act" means the Consumer
Credit Protection Act (15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), as amended, and
includes both the Truth in Lending Simplification and Reform Act
amendments (Public Law 96-221, Title VI, 94 Stat. 168) and any
regulations issued under those laws. However, the department may
otherwise define this term by rule issued in accordance with IC 24-4.5-6-107.
