§ 24-4.5-1-105 — Severability
Severability — If any provisions of this
Article or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held
invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications
of this Article which can be given effect without the invalid provision
or application, and to this end the provisions of this Article are
severable.
