Text
With respect to an action brought under:
(a)section 108 of this chapter to enjoin violations of this article;
or
(b)section 109 of this chapter to enjoin deceptive acts;
the department may apply to the court for appropriate temporary relief
against a respondent, pending final determination of the proceedings.
If the court finds after a hearing held upon notice to the respondent that
there is reasonable cause to believe that the respondent is engaging in
or is likely to engage in the conduct sought to be restrained, the court
may grant any temporary relief or restraining order the court considers
appropriate.
