§ 24-4.4-3-102 — Application
This chapter applies to a person that
engages as a creditor in first lien mortgage transactions in Indiana. The
authority of this chapter remains in effect, whether a licensee,
individual, or person subject to this article acts or claims to act under
any licensing or registration law of Indiana or claims to act without
such authority.
