§ 24-4.4-1-104 — Severability
The provisions of this article are severable, so that if:
(1)any provisions of this article; or
(2)the application of this article to any person or circumstances;
is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or
applications of this article that can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application.
