§ 24-4-9-20 — Renter's action for damages or equitable relief; attorney's fees
A renter may bring an action against a rental
company for recovery of damages and appropriate equitable relief for
a violation of this chapter. The prevailing party may be awarded
reasonable attorney's fees.
