Text
(a)A person injured by a violation of section 5
of this chapter may bring a civil action for:
(1)injunctive relief;
(2)actual damages caused by the violation;
(3)treble damages; and
(4)costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
(b)Injunctive relief may be granted for a violation of section 5 of
this chapter regardless of the failure of the plaintiff to show irreparable
injury.
