§ 24-4-8-5 — Acts prohibited
(a)A person may not manufacture, by use of a
direct molding process, a watercraft or its component part
manufactured by another person without permission of that other
person.
(b)A person may not sell a watercraft or its component part
manufactured in violation of subsection (a).
