§ 24-4-8-4 — "Watercraft" defined
As used in this chapter, "watercraft" means any
instrumentality or device in or by means of which a person may be
transported upon waters and includes a motorboat, sailboat, rowboat,
skiff, dinghy, or canoe of whatever length or size.
