Text

(a)This section does not apply to the following:
(1)A person that holds a special event permit issued under IC 9-32-11-18.
(2)The buying, selling, or trading of a motor vehicle that is a motorcycle (as defined in IC 9-13-2-108).
(b)A person who engages in the business of buying, selling, or trading motor vehicles on Sunday commits a Class B misdemeanor. As added by Acts 1977, P.L.26, SEC.11. Amended by P.L.156-2006, SEC.24; P.L.89-2012, SEC.1; P.L.92-2013, SEC.81.
