§ 24-4-26-3 — "Person"
As used in this chapter, "person" means:
(1)an individual;
(2)a proprietorship;
(3)a partnership;
(4)a firm;
(5)an association;
(6)a corporation;
(7)a limited liability company; or
(8)another legal entity.
