Text
(a)If an adult oriented website operator
publishes an adult oriented website in violation of section 10 of this
chapter, any person may bring an action to seek injunctive relief.
(b)A person that brings an action for injunctive relief under this
section and prevails is entitled to:
(1)injunctive relief; and
(2)court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and other reasonable
expenses of litigation, including expert witness fees.
