§ 24-4-21-2 — Distribution generally
A person may distribute low THC hemp extract in Indiana only if the product:
(1)has been approved by the federal Food and Drug
Administration or the federal Drug Enforcement Agency as a
prescription or over the counter drug; or
(2)meets the requirements of this chapter.
