§ 24-4-19-11 — Purchase or resale of precious metal
A precious metal dealer who purchases or
resells precious metal must comply with this chapter. However, this
chapter does not apply to jewelry used by a customer as a trade-in
toward the purchase of a new piece of jewelry.
