Text
(a)A violation of section 6 or 7 of this chapter
is a deceptive act that is actionable under IC 24-5-0.5-4.
(b)This section does not prohibit an individual from bringing an
action on the individual's own behalf under the federal Fair Credit
Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.).
