§ 24-4-16-7 — Dealer duty to hold architectural salvage material
If a dealer receives a notice from a law
enforcement agency to hold architectural salvage material possessed by
the dealer, the dealer shall hold the architectural salvage material for
at least five (5) business days after the date the dealer receives the
notice.
