§ 24-4-11-4 — "Certified industrial hygienist (CIH)" defined
As used in this chapter, "certified industrial
hygienist (CIH)" is a person who has received the designation certified
industrial hygienist from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene and
whose certification has not lapsed or been revoked.
