Text
(a)A person may not use the title industrial
hygienist, use the initials IH, or represent to the public that the person
is an industrial hygienist, unless the person is an industrial hygienist as
defined in this chapter.
(b)A person may not use the title industrial hygienist in training,
use the initials IHIT, or represent to the public that the person is an
industrial hygienist in training, unless the person is an industrial
hygienist in training as defined in this chapter.
(c)A person may not use the title certified industrial hygienist, use
the initials CIH, or represent to the public that the person is a certified
industrial hygienist, unless the person is a certified industrial hygienist
as defined in this chapter.
(d)A person may not use a title that incorporates the words
