§ 24-4-1-4 — Duty of prosecuting attorney and attorney general
It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorneys,
in their counties, and the attorney general to enforce the provisions of
sections 1 and 3 of this chapter by appropriate actions in courts of
competent jurisdiction.
