It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorneys, in their counties, and the attorney general to enforce the provisions of sections 1 and 3 of this chapter by appropriate actions in courts of competent jurisdiction. Formerly: Acts 1913, c.117, s.4. As amended by P.L.152-1986, SEC.45.
