Text
(a)Either or both of the following may bring
an action to prevent or restrain violations of this chapter:
(1)The attorney general or the attorney general's designee.
(2)A person that holds a valid permit under 26 U.S.C. 5712.
(b)A person that brings an action under subsection (a) shall provide
notice to the attorney general of the commencement of the action.
