Text
Whenever the department or the
commission discovers any cigarettes that have been sold, offered for
sale, or possessed for sale in Indiana in violation of section 15 of this
chapter, the department or the commission may seize and take
possession of the cigarettes. The seized cigarettes shall be forfeited to
the state. The department or the commission shall destroy the seized
cigarettes.
