§ 24-3-4-16 — Class A misdemeanor; affixing stamp on prohibited cigarettes
A person who knowingly or intentionally
sells, or distributes cigarettes that bear Indiana tax stamps affixed in
violation of this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor.
