§ 24-3-4-13 — Enforcement powers; prosecution of violations
(a)This chapter may be enforced by the
department or a law enforcement officer.
(b)Upon referral of a violation of this chapter by the department or
a law enforcement officer, the prosecuting attorney or the attorney
general shall prosecute the person who violates this chapter.
