§ 24-3-2-8 — Contract in violation of chapter; contract

Indiana·Art. 3 TOBACCO PRODUCTS·Ch. 2 Cigarette Fair Trade Act

Any contract, expressed or implied, made by any
person in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is declared
to be an illegal and void contract, and no recovery thereon shall be had.
