§ 24-15-2-8 — "Consumer"
Effective 1-1-2026. Sec. 8.
(a)"Consumer" means an individual who:
(1)is a resident of Indiana; and
(2)is acting only for a personal, family, or household purpose.
(b)The term does not include an individual acting in a commercial
or employment context.
