§ 24-15-2-18 — "Nonprofit organization"
Effective 1-1-2026. Sec.
18."Nonprofit organization" means any
organization exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3), 501(c)(6),
or 501(c)(12) of the Internal Revenue Code.
