§ 24-15-11-1 — Preemption of local laws

Effective 1-1-2026. Sec.

1.This article supersedes and preempts all rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, and other laws adopted by a city, county, city and county, municipality, or local agency regarding the processing of personal data by controllers or processors.
