Effective 1-1-2026. Sec. 3. A:
(1)controller; or
(2)processor;
that complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (15
U.S.C. 6501 et seq.), and with any rules or regulations under that act,
satisfies any obligation to obtain parental consent under this article.
