§ 24-14-7-1 — Application of chapter
This chapter applies to the following:
(1)A towing company that tows and stores a motor vehicle under
this article.
(2)A storage facility that stores a motor vehicle that is towed by
a towing company under this article, regardless of whether the
towing company and the storage facility are affiliates.
