§ 24-14-4-5 — Notice to law enforcement agencies
If required by the local law enforcement
agency, not later than two (2) hours after completing a tow of a motor
vehicle from a commercial private property described under this
chapter, a towing company shall provide notice of the towing to the
local law enforcement agency having jurisdiction in the location of the
private property.
