§ 24-14-2-4 — "Consensual towing agreement"
"Consensual towing agreement" means an
agreement between a towing company and a person or business to
perform towing services at the request of the owner, operator, or person
having legal custody of the vehicle that is agreed upon prior to the
vehicle being towed.
