§ 24-14-2-14 — "Storage facility"
(a)"Storage facility" means any:
(1)lot;
(2)facility; or
(3)other property;
used to store motor vehicles that have been removed from another
location by a tow truck.
(b)The term includes a storage yard (as defined in IC 9-22-1-3.5).
