§ 24-14-2-12 — "Private property towing"

"Private property towing" means the towing
of a motor vehicle, without the owner's consent:
(1) from private property on which the motor vehicle was illegally
parked; or
(2) from private property because of an exigent circumstance
necessitating its removal;
to another location.
