§ 24-14-2-10 — "Motor vehicle"
"Motor vehicle" means any vehicle that:
(1)is manufactured primarily for use on public streets, roads, and
highways (not including a vehicle operated exclusively on a rail
or rails); and
(2)has at least four (4) wheels.
