Text
After December 31, 2016, a person may not
regularly engage (as determined in accordance with IC 24-12-1-1(13))
in the business of making CPAP transactions with consumer claimants
unless the person obtains, and maintains on an annual basis, a CPAP
license issued by the department under this chapter.
