§ 23-1-44-1 — "Corporation"
Indiana·Title 23 BUSINESS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS·Art. 1 INDIANA BUSINESS CORPORATION LAW·Ch. 44 Dissenters' Rights
As used in this chapter, "corporation" means
the issuer of the shares held by a dissenter before the corporate action,
or the surviving or acquiring corporation by merger or share exchange
of that issuer.
