Text
The commission may defer proceedings under
this article and refer a complaint to a municipality that has been
recognized by the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development as having adopted ordinances providing fair housing
rights and remedies that are substantially equivalent to the rights and
remedies granted under federal law.
