Text
It shall be the duty of the several prosecuting
attorneys of the respective judicial circuits or the attorney-general of
the state of Indiana on the relation of the state of Indiana, upon the
request of the commissioner of labor, or any of his authorized
representatives, to prosecute any violation of any law, rule or order
which it is made the duty of the commissioner to enforce.
