Text
The commission shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out this chapter. These rules must not be in conflict
with the provisions of the federal rules adopted under the employment
discrimination provisions of the federal Americans with Disabilities
Act (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.).
