Text
A person may not discriminate against an individual on the basis of the individual's solicitation and use of consumer genetic testing services or on the basis of the results of genetic testing performed by a consumer genetic testing provider, including by discriminating against the individual in any of the following ways:
(1)Denying the individual access to the person's goods or
services.
(2)Charging the individual a different rate for the person's goods
or services.
(3)Suggesting that the individual will be subject to any of the
measures described in subdivisions (1) through (2).
