Text
The commission may adopt and enforce
rules under IC 4-22-2 that are necessary to carry out this chapter. These
rules must not be in conflict with the federal rules adopted under the
employment discrimination provisions of the federal Uniformed
Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA),
P.L.103-353 (38 U.S.C. 4301 et seq.).
