Text
(a)The commission shall receive,
investigate, and attempt to resolve complaints of violations of this
chapter from complainants in the manner provided by IC 22-9-1-6.
(b)IC 22-9-1-16, IC 22-9-1-17, and IC 22-9-1-18 apply to
complaints filed in accordance with this chapter.
