Text
The governor shall select and appoint a director
who shall be secretary of the commission and chief administrative
officer for the commission. The director shall devote his entire time
and effort to the administration of the provisions of this chapter and
shall not engage in or have any interest in any business or activity
which may create a conflict of interest. The salary of the director shall
be fixed by the governor with the approval of the budget agency.
