Text
Commission: Terms. Members of the
commission shall serve terms of three (3) years and until their
successors are appointed except that of the members first appointed,
three (3) members representing management, labor and the public shall
be appointed for three (3) years and three (3) members representing
management, labor and the public for two (2) years and three (3)
members representing management, labor and the public for one (1)
year. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment for an unexpired term
by the governor in the same manner as the original appointments.
