No employee may remove, damage, carry off, or render inoperative any safety device or safeguard furnished or provided for use in any employment, or place of employment, or interfere with the use thereof by any other person. Each employee shall comply with the occupational health and safety standards promulgated under this chapter. Formerly: Acts 1971, P.L.356, SEC.1; Acts 1973, P.L.241, SEC.4.
