Text
This chapter does not apply to the following:
(1)An employee of the United States or a wholly owned
corporation of the United States.
(2)An:
(A)employee; and
(B)employer;
subject to the federal Railway Labor Act (45 U.S.C. 151 et seq.).
(3)An employee employed on property over which the United
States government has exclusive jurisdiction for the purpose of
labor relations.
(4)An employee of the state.
(5)An employee of a political subdivision (as defined in IC 36-1-2-13).
