§ 22-6-2-14 — Injunctions
Any person adversely affected by reason of
any violation of the provisions of this chapter may file an action in the
circuit court, superior court, or probate court of the county in which any
such violation occurs to restrain and enjoin such violation and to
compel the performance of the duties imposed by this chapter. In any
such action the provisions of IC 22-6-1 shall not apply.
