Text
If a law enforcement officer or any other entity
authorized to enforce the employment laws of Indiana has probable
cause to believe that an individual has violated this chapter, the law
enforcement officer or entity shall submit a complaint in the form
prescribed under 8 CFR 274a.9, as amended, to the United States
Immigration and Customs Enforcement office that has jurisdiction over
the residence of the individual who is allegedly in violation of this
chapter.
