Text
A contractor may file an action with a circuit or superior court having jurisdiction in the county to challenge:
(1)a notice of a violation to the contractor under section 12(b) of
this chapter not later than twenty (20) days after the contractor
receives the notice; or
(2)a termination of a:
(A)public contract for services under section 13(a) of this
chapter not later than twenty (20) days after the state agency or
political subdivision terminates the public contract for services
with the contractor; or
(B)contract for a public works project under section 13(a) of
this chapter not later than twenty (20) days after the public
agency terminates the contract for the public works project with
the contractor;
whichever is applicable.
